Hi,
I am trying to apply the software to enable the USB port as per the Howto wiki to install nito tv smart installer. However I cannot access the ATV, terminal gives me this message

-michael-newsomes-mac-pro-2:~ MJN$ ssh -1 frontrow@appletv.local
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA1 host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA1 key sent by the remote host is
70:37:de:34:e5:9e:7a:81:c2:0b:5f:31:1b:5b:53:66.
Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/MJN/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
Offending key in /Users/MJN/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA1 host key for appletv.local has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.
michael-newsomes-mac-pro-2:~ MJN$

This also happened with the previous version. I cannot locate the referred Key in '/Users/MJN/.ssh/Known_hosts:1 as there is no .ssh directory there or anywhere else. Help please.

Thanks,
Mick.

Click on the finder icon in the dock, then click on your user folder and hit CMD + Shift + G and type ".ssh" ( without the "). Then delete known file host. This will allow you to access your appletv with terminal again. This has happened to me awhen I did a factory restore. I think the reason is the appletv is reporting a new key and the known host files has the old key from before the restore.

Randy, just typing .ssh did not work for me, 10.5.5. I typed this instead: ~/.ssh
I just started The Apple Media Center Podcast, come listen. All about the AppleTV. I also have an iPhone 3G 16GB, AppleTV 40GB with aTV Flash, and a Fire Core, LLC modded AppleTV 250GB with aTV Flash.
